Welcome to Embroidist. By placing an order or using our website
embroidist.com, you agree to the following terms.

ABOUT US

Embroidist is a homegrown embroidery studio based in Meerut, India.
We create machine-embroidered wall art, personalised t-shirts, and
fully custom embroidery pieces made to order.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

- All orders require full payment at the time of purchase
- We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking)
- Cash on delivery is not available
- Once payment is confirmed, your order enters production immediately

PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES

- Ready-made products: dispatched within 1 business day
- Personalised orders (custom word/thread colour): 1–2 business days
- Fully custom orders (image to embroidery): 2–8 business days
depending on complexity
- Delivery times are in addition to processing times

CANCELLATIONS

As every piece is made to order, we do not accept cancellations once
an order has been placed and payment has been received. Please review
your order carefully before checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns on made-to-order products. Refunds or
replacements are only offered if your item arrives damaged, lost,
or significantly different from what was shown. Please refer to our
Returns & Refunds page for full details.

CUSTOM ORDERS

For fully custom orders (logos, portraits, bulk embroidery):
- Full payment is required upfront before production begins
- We will share a digital preview before stitching where applicable
- Once production begins, changes cannot be made
- We reserve the right to decline orders that are not feasible

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, photography, and content on embroidist.com are the
property of Embroidist. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute
any content without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Embroidist is not liable for delays caused by courier partners,
natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always
do our best to communicate any delays promptly.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued
use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance
of the new terms.
