At Embroidist, every product is made to order — digitized, stitched, and finished specifically for you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Every image on our website is a real photograph of the actual product. No AI renders. No filters. No surprises.
No returns or exchanges
Because each piece is crafted specifically for the customer — often with personalised names, initials, or thread colour choices — we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind, including size exchanges.
Every stitch is permanent. So is your spelling. Please double-check your name, text, artwork, and size before placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made and the order cannot be cancelled.
When we will refund or replace your order
We will refund or replace your order only if:
- The piece arrives damaged
- The order is lost in transit
- The item received is significantly different from what was shown and approved
How to report an issue
Contact us at support@embroidist.com within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Size guide — please measure before you order
All measurements are in inches. Measure an existing well-fitting oversized tee and compare against this chart before ordering. These are oversized unisex fits. We do not offer size exchanges.
