Every Embroidist order ships free across India β€” no minimum, no conditions. We work with India's most reliable courier partners to make sure your piece reaches you safely and on time.

Shipping charges

Shipping is always free on every order, to every pin code we serve. No minimum order value. No conditions. Free means free.

Where we ship

We currently ship within India only. Embroidist is made in India, for India. International shipping is something we're working towards β€” watch this space.

Dispatch and delivery timelines

Ready-made pieces Same day (orders before 12pm) or next business day 2–5 business days
Personalised t-shirts 1–2 business days from order 3–6 business days
Custom & bulk orders 2–8 business days after design approval 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Remote pin codes may take 1–2 additional days.

Courier partners

We ship via BlueDart, Delhivery One Ecom, and Shiprocket β€” covering 15,000+ pin codes across India. The courier is assigned based on your pin code and the fastest available service. You cannot choose a specific courier at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive:

  • An automatic email with your tracking number and a link to track in real time
  • A WhatsApp message from Shiprocket with tracking updates

You can also check your order status anytime at embroidist.com using your order number and email address.

Payment

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking
  • Cash on delivery (COD) is not available
  • Custom orders require 100% advance payment before production begins
  • All prices are inclusive of GST

Shipping delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control β€” but we will always communicate any delays promptly and help you track your order.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date, for lost orders) at support@embroidist.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
