By placing an order or using embroidist.com, you agree to
the following terms.

ABOUT US

Embroidist is a homegrown embroidery studio based in Meerut,
India. We create machine-embroidered wall art, personalised
t-shirts, and fully custom embroidery pieces made to order.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

- All orders require full payment at the time of purchase
- We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking)
- Cash on delivery is not available
- Once payment is confirmed, your order enters production immediately

PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES

- Ready-made products: dispatched within 1 business day
- Personalised orders: 1–2 business days
- Fully custom orders: 2–8 business days

CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed
and payment has been received.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns on made-to-order products. Refunds or
replacements are only offered if your item arrives damaged, lost,
or significantly different from what was shown.

CUSTOM ORDERS

- Full payment is required upfront before production begins
- Once production begins, changes cannot be made
- We reserve the right to decline orders that are not feasible

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, photography, and content on embroidist.com are the
property of Embroidist and may not be reproduced without permission.
